      For the people we support, a home is far more than shelter. SHA base eligibility on the total annual gross income and family size and is limited to US citizens and specified categories of non-citizens who have eligible immigration status.

      When the SHA is merely checking into the possibility of acquiring a product or service, it may issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ). A response to an RFQ by a prospective contractor is not considered an offer, and consequently, cannot be accepted by the SHA to form a binding contract. The order is an offer by the SHA to the supplier to buy certain supplies or services upon specified terms and conditions.

Selma Housing Authority Hosts 2024 Employee Appreciation Bowling Day

At the Selma Housing Authority, fostering community connections and spreading joy is at the heart of what we do. Today was no exception as our President/CEO, Kennard Randolph, and Director of Resident Services, Beverly Blackmon, spent an afternoon filled with smiles, laughter, and excitement at Park Place: A Diversicare Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

The dynamic duo joined residents for a spirited game of bingo, where the fun was contagious, and the sense of camaraderie was palpable. From lighthearted competition to moments of shared joy, the experience brought happiness to everyone involved.

“We are so grateful for opportunities like this to connect with the community and brighten someone’s day,” said Randolph.

The Selma Housing Authority extends a heartfelt thank you to the incredible staff and residents of Park Place for their warm hospitality and participation. Together, we proved that a little time and a lot of fun can create lasting memories.
