At the Public Housing Authorities Director’s Association (PHADA) 2024 Commissioners Conference, our CEO, Kennard Randolph, accepted the opportunity to share in a round table discussion centered on understanding a local political climate, navigating the threats and avoiding land mines, and on leveraging relationships and the leadership role as an executive director.
