Selma Housing Authority Hosted Landlord Symposium

The Selma Housing Authority hosted a landlord symposium for Dallas and Wilcox County landlords.  The event was held on Tuesday, February 28, 2023, at Wallace Community College.

“The Landlord Symposium provide property owners a great opportunity to expand their rental portfolio while offering adequate housing for families under Section 8, especially those impacted by the recent tornado,” SHA CEO Kennard Randolph said.  “We currently have many vouchers for families on the waiting list. Therefore, we need more landlords to help address this housing crisis.’’
