      For the people we support, a home is far more than shelter. SHA base eligibility on the total annual gross income and family size and is limited to US citizens and specified categories of non-citizens who have eligible immigration status.

      When the SHA is merely checking into the possibility of acquiring a product or service, it may issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ). A response to an RFQ by a prospective contractor is not considered an offer, and consequently, cannot be accepted by the SHA to form a binding contract. The order is an offer by the SHA to the supplier to buy certain supplies or services upon specified terms and conditions.

Selma Housing Authority Hosts 2024 Employee Appreciation Bowling Day

In an exciting celebration of teamwork and dedication, the Selma Housing Authority (SHA) recently held its 2024 Employee Appreciation Bowling Day. This event, designed to honor the hard work and commitment of SHA staff, provided a relaxed atmosphere where team members could bond, compete, and unwind outside of their daily routines.

Employees gathered at the local bowling alley for a day filled with friendly competition, laughs, and plenty of strikes and spares. SHA leadership organized the event to foster camaraderie and show gratitude for the team’s invaluable contributions to the community. With games, prizes, and refreshments, it was a memorable day focused on strengthening relationships and acknowledging each team member’s role in SHA’s mission to provide quality housing services.

The SHA Employee Appreciation Bowling Day reflects the authority’s commitment not only to its residents but also to the people behind the scenes who make it all possible. By supporting their team, SHA continues to build a strong, motivated workforce ready to serve the Selma community.
