      For the people we support, a home is far more than shelter. SHA base eligibility on the total annual gross income and family size and is limited to US citizens and specified categories of non-citizens who have eligible immigration status.

      When the SHA is merely checking into the possibility of acquiring a product or service, it may issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ). A response to an RFQ by a prospective contractor is not considered an offer, and consequently, cannot be accepted by the SHA to form a binding contract. The order is an offer by the SHA to the supplier to buy certain supplies or services upon specified terms and conditions.

The Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Success Summit

The Housing Choice Voucher(HCV) Success Summit: Empowering Landlords and Voucher Holders is an annual event that brings together landlords, voucher holders, and real estate investors to share insights, strategies, and best practices for success in the housing industry. This year’s summit featured keynote speakers from Hope Credit Union, NACA, USDA, and OHDI.

Attendees had the opportunity to network with industry experts, voucher holders, and fellow landlords, as well as learn about the latest trends and regulations shaping the housing market. The summit also provided a platform for voucher holders and landlords to discuss challenges they face and brainstorm solutions with their peers and the experts in the room.

The HCV Success Summit was a valuable opportunity for landlords and voucher holders to gain knowledge, connect with others in the industry, and take their rental property business to the next level. We look forward to next year’s summit and continuing to support the success of voucher hold
