The Selma Housing Authority invites our residents and community seniors to another exciting session of our Lakeshore Foundation Exercise Class this Thursday at 11:00 a.m. at the Rangedale Community Center!
Our participants are already moving, stretching, laughing, and improving their overall wellness together and we would love for YOU to be a part of it. These classes are designed to promote healthier lifestyles, increase mobility, encourage social engagement, and strengthen our community one step at a time.
